What is Tennis Elbow?

Tennis elbow, or lateral epicondylitis, is a tendonitis of the forearm muscles on the outside part of your elbow.

Symptoms of Tennis Elbow

    • pain along the outside of the elbow into the forearm and wrist
    • difficulty with shaking hands or gripping an object
    • pain with turning a doorknob
    • unable to hold something light like a cup of coffee
