Golfer’s elbow, or medial epicondylitis, is inflammation and pain along the inside part of your elbow. It can be a result of increased forces placed on that area or increased use of the muscles attaching to the inside part of the elbow. It can affect all ages and similar symptoms can be seen with adolescent overhead athletes.
Symptoms of Golfer’s Elbow

- Weakness with gripping
- Numbness and tingling into hand and fingers
